As required by art. 12 GDPR, the Data Controller adopts the following information as a measure to provide the interested party with the information referred to in art. 13 GDPR and the communications referred to in articles. from 15 to 22 and 34 GDPR relating to the processing of the data provided, this information is to be understood as general, provided to all those who interact with the site. The Data Controller informs interested users that the personal data provided through contact with the Data Controller will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the privacy code as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018. The processing is carried out according to the conditions of lawfulness provided for pursuant to art. 6 GDPR, i.e. for the purposes inherent to the relationship established with the Data Controller, therefore, its legal basis as required pursuant to art. 13 letter. c) GDPR is justified in the reasons for which the relationship with the Data Controller is established and in the specific case:

Navigation Data.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. Treatment methods.

The data processing will be carried out in paper and/or electronic form by subjects specifically authorized to process it. It is also specified that no processing is carried out on the basis of automated decision-making processes. The provision of data is optional, however, failure to provide it could make it impossible to carry out the service. Some navigation data (on this point see our cookies policy) are, however, acquired automatically by the system. 3.    To data portability pursuant to art. 20 GDPR;

4.    If the processing is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), or on Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) to revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;

5.    Submit a complaint to a supervisory authority;

Storage of your data.

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to pursue the purposes for which they were acquired. The data retention period depends on the purposes for which they are processed and therefore could vary, i.e. during the entire period in which the interested party is a customer and subsequently for 5 years unless explicit consent is requested to extend the data retention. Personal data functional to the fulfillment of civil and fiscal obligations will also be retained subsequently, in compliance with said obligations in compliance with the retention times established by the regulations applicable from time to time and for the possible defense of the owner in court.
